A city-sponsored international design competition narrowed the architectural proposals to build a civic pier to three.  These three panels served as introduction to the exhibit at which the public was asked to Look at the three models, Think about which they prefer and Share their thoughts.

Look Think Share panels told the story of the seven municipal piers in the city history; urged the reader to give thoughtful consideration to all three designs; instructed the reader to participate in audience feedback.
